Gate length of hemt devices

I am using discrete GaAsHEMT devices for the design of receiver front end operating at ku-band, if possible plz let me know what is the gate length and gate width of the device generally manufacturers provide that are operating upto ku/k-band? and what will the cutoff frequency of the device? i am using cfy 67(infenion make).
