Model of diode MA4E1317 in ADS

I need to simulate the diode MA4E1317 in ADS, so I am looking for the diode model, can anyone help me?

Hi,

You should go to library "Devices-Diodes" and then choose "Diode_Model". Put in schematic and than enter manually parameters about your diode.

Which version you want ADS model ?
is it ADS2009U1 or ADS2011?

Thanks for your reply, but the datasheet of MA4E1317 only provides several parameters, it seems that not enough.

first check with vendor if they can provide.
if not see the device parameters,
try to feed to diode models in ADS, leave unknown parameters.
simulate for model accuracy against performance graphs in the data sheet.
if it is match there you are done.
