SiGe SE2431-SE2432-SE2436 Frond End Modules 2.4GHz Help needed

Hi!
Has anyone worked with SiGe Frond End Modules SE2431, or SE2432, or SE2436? I found their datasheets really poor, so if someone has worked with those FEMs and has a reference schematic or a good link reference, I would be very happy to recieve a bit of help by him.
I will use those FEMs (propably SE2436), after the RF output of ATmega128RFA1 wireless MCU.
