how to add transmission losses in ADS momentum?

what do you want to measure? I mean which is user DUT?

When you do the Simulation in ADS momentum you can observe S21 or S12 which is your transmission loss.

You can save that file as .S2p file which will show you all S parameters in a file.

Same file you can import.
