.s2p (Touchstone) s-parameter model files

I want to construct RF amplifier stage with help of .s2p s-parameter model.
Usually there are (optionally) included Vc and Ic.
Mostly, Ic and Vc are included with values as comments in .s2p file.

Here is example from nxp.com site:

What does 100mA refer to? Is this single permitted Ic current for transistor that works by specified model or is this max. current for given transistor model allowed?

I use RFSim99 app for calculating impedance matching L-C components.
Only thing I need to know is regarding these currents.

100mA is the reference current at where s-parameters have been measured.Maximum currents and voltages are defined seperately in their dataheets independent from s-parameters.
