EBG/PBG simulation in HFSS/CST

hi
i am new person in antenna design and at learning stage of micro-strip antenna
1. i want to simulate some planar PBG structure, can any one send me the simulation set up in HFSS and CST using some arbitrary rectangular shape.
2. is any one has any design formula for aperture coupled antenna?

The dimensions of EBG/PBG structures have to be determined by iterating once you have decided upon the shape of the EBG cell. Upon iterating, you can develop mathematical equations based on the results obtained for each iteration.
