how long /wide is a 1/4 wavelength strip at 5800mhz on 1.6mm FR4?

Just wondering what the velocity factor would be for 1.6mm fr4 board to calculate how long a 1/4 Lambda trace should be made.
Is 50ohm 3mm wide?

You need a good knowledge of your er (at this frequency), since FR4 have widespread er values. Approx. from 4 to 5 depending on the manufacturer.
