LNA Design and its power consumption regarding

1. For the last part it is said that design for a gain of 15dB but they have not used any of this for their design aspect so how can you calculate the gain of the finally designed LNA.

2. Also kindly say how can i calculate the total power consumed after i have designed my LNA.

3.If i remove the load resistor and replace that with an inductor and an equivalent capacitance to resonate how is that equivalent to the having resistor.
