Meshing in feko error 832

Hi All,
I am new to electromagnetics and trying to simualte the RCS of an aircraft. I am using feko for my simlation.The issue is that I am getting a segmentation error of triangle which touch but have no common edge error 832. I am trying to mesh an IGES file which has a lot of errors so instead of using union I have stitched the complete aircraft. the manual says that one can use stitch for parts that are you are not able to Union to make it a continuus surface. How should I resove the segmentation the error. Also how can i repair my model in feko.
