anyone can help me designing my reference paper to correct my results

i am not able to get the exact or satisfactory result from hfss simulation . As i tried to make the model but it does not fulfill the result of my IEEE paper. could anyone please help me to analyse my paper shown in attachment and could anyone correct all the radiation pattern and return loss of my moldel.
please help me
