Need Spice model for CD4060 and CD4016

i want to create a simple stereo modulator with mpx output and 19khz pilot and 38khz sub carrier. but i have no simulation model for the CD4060 and CD4016! i try to find in google but i have i found but not working! if you have a backup of Spice model for the CD4060 and CD4016 please share with us!

These components have IBIS models instead SPICE..
Also, you don't need to simulate these components, all you should do is to place their behaviroual models.
