How to check that the amplifier in which class with schematic ?

I am new in RF design.
I design a power amplifier and how to check the amplifier is working in which class?

Your schematic does not show the active element DC circuit which defines the "class".
A and B-class amplifiers need a DC bias so that a steady-state current flows through the active element without any RF signal input. C-class amplifiers generate the DC bias by detecting (rectifying) the RF input signal, thus this input signal needs to be high enough in power to "open" the active device.
Why don't you start reading some basics on amplifiers? Making an amplifier without the basic knowledge leads to poor results.
