Comsol 4.3 Problem pulse input

I want to give heated pulse input to a port of rectangular waveguide having a material (Dielectric block) placed in it for just a few neno seconds (ns), and want to see the heat pulse response of that dielectric block . I am facing problem in giving heat pulse input to a port 1.
