How to generate I & Q data file for LTE wireless communication standard

Hi guys

I am not sure if this is the right sub-forum to ask this question, but
Could anyone help me how I can generate I and Q data files (In-phase and Quadrature data in format of PWL file) for LTE wireless communication standard?
