help to formulate problem with metamaterial antennas

Hallo every one,
I am a beginer to HFSS as well as antennas , I have chosen my area of research as metamaterial based planar antenna for which ,i have collected many papers , i have gone through them . My need is if any one can help me in giving tutorial for simulation of such structures.Pl it is very urgent.Thank you in advance.if. any one can suggest any specific application ,frequency belt .
