Design Band stop filter for 3.5 Ghz using lumped element

how i can design band stop filter for 3.5 Ghz using lumped element ?
how i can get calculation for value lumped element ?
i design use software ADS 2011.

It's theoritically possible but practically tough due to parasitic elements and layout issues.
Inductors and capacitor values will be very small and layout parasitcs will be very impacting on the filter response.
I recommend you to use distributed type filter with high di-electric coefficient substrate.( in order to shrink the layout size)
What is your requirement?
Some time ago I've tried with reasonable results an open loop resonator structure as in the link below, using cheap laminate.
Depending by your requirements (loss, bandwidth, rejection) the circuit can be small enough compared to a lumped element design, which anyway would not have consistent results at those frequencies.
