Doubts Branch Waveguide Coupler

Hi, I'm designing a branch waveguide coupler, and I can't find how to convert from immittance tables (Young or Levy & Lind) to lenghts and widths.
Those tables can be found at "Synthesis of symmetrical branch guide directional couplers"
Does anyone know how to do it?
