S-parameter separation

I measured s-parameters of a GSG chip at different bias voltages using ICCAP software. I imported the data in ADS but I can not the separate data for different bias voltages. Is there any way to separate data in ICCAP or in ADS? Multiples dataset created problems in calculating device parameters at a particular bias voltage. Thanks

I had a similar problem and used excel and a self written macro to seperate but it's lost. But it's quite easy to write on your own.
