Hello experts!
How are you all?
I have two question regarding with the fiber Optics.
1) I was reading in the book which I quoted below:
.
My question is What is wӗăkly guĭdĭng ăpproxĭmătĭon when considering relative refractive index difference?
2) I was also reading in the book the following equation for the no. of modӗs ĭn stӗp ĭndӗx fĭbӗr as M=2aΩ/λ2 and then they wrote directly this equation M = V2/2. How did they get this second equation? What would be the middle steps sir?
Thank you very much.
