implement a power amplifier on hfss

hello everyone

could anyone help me designing a power amplifier on hfss
im new on the program so i have a limited information

HFSS is a EM simulation tool for passive devices, not for amplifiers or other active systems..
A PA can be designed in a general purpose time/frequency domain simulation tool such as Keysight ADS,NI MWOffice or Ansys Nexxim etc. with the collaboration with HFSS..

so what shall i do?
i should download one of these programs and then import my design on hfss or what?
and i heard about something called dynamic link ... in hfss
does it do what i need?

All you should do is to find any of them and create your project with EM structures.They have also 2.5D EM Planar simulators such as Momentum,Axiem,Planar HFSS ( Nexxim).You can design and simulate your PA by using HB method,Transient,S-parameters tools etc.HFSS can only simulate 3D passive devices to find Linear Parameters.What you gonna do for nonlinear part ?PAs are pretty nonlinear systems and they should be carefully examined oin terms of Gain,Nonlinearity,Efficiency,Load Pull, etc..
