MATLAB course for ECE student

Being a 4th year Electronics and communication engineering student what should i learn in a 6 week training in MATLAB?
i am planning to learn MATLAB from some institute thats why i want to know what should be the appropriate syllabus for MATLAB.
I know if i go directly to the institutes the are going to manipulate me because i know nothing about MATLAB.
