Design Meander Line Antenna basic calculation for 2.6GHz
Im currently searching the basic calculation for meander line antenna for 2.6GHz.
Anyone knows hows the width, length, etc dimension calculation is done?tq

The master thesis doesn't propose a calculation method, it uses simulation to determine the antenna dimensions (without showing a systematical approach). Simply googling "meander antenna calculation" gives many hits, also at Edaboard. You probably noticed the "similar threads" indicated below.
I believe, things are rather simple. A meander is a shortened monopole or dipole antenna, bandwidth (according to theory) and efficiency (practically) decreases with size. The behaviour is more or less similar to a coil loaded wire antenna, but the inductance is distributed.
Here is an application note on meander PCB antenna that I created recently. As FvM mentioned, you start with a lambda/4 monopole connected to a large ground, then meander that monopole. Depending on the distance to the ground plane, the antenna impedance will be different from 50 Ohm at resonance, so you need some sort of matching.
