matching network for coupling element antenna(non-resonant antenna)

hi
can anyone tell me how to find antenna impedance ZL of coupling element antenna in hfss and how to design matching for such antenna

what kind of antenna u wanna simulate?

it is a type of non resonant antenna .im posting the image of design for which supposed to design a matching network for it to resonate at 830 mHZ. The problem i not able get get the correct impedance values in order to design matching network
