Low Noise Amplifier Co-simulation with Momentum and Lumped Componentes

Hi everyone.
I already designed and simulated the S-parameters for my circuit with the LNA plus filter. After that, I procceded to the layout design, only with the microstrip lines and pads. After that, I put ports in every spot that contains lumped componentes. When I try to simulate, I get the following error: A conflit between port 8.2 and port 28.2 has been detected.
I created the layout from the schematic.

Any sugestions?

You do not need to put ports on every component, that is done automatically for you.
Just check the co simuation box in Momentum and it should work.
There is a video tutorial on co simulation with momentum look in the videos folder in the Genesys installation for 15_Co-Simulation.wmv. That should get you going.

New development; I already made the co-simulation model and simulated it with the lumped componentes. Unfortunately, my gain is not what I expected. I get my S11 and S22 like I wanted, but my Noise Figure and Gain are terrible apart from want i pretend. I left a figure below with the results.


Any one has any idea what is causing this problem?
