How to relate Horizontal and vertical polarization with Phi and Theta

From searching and brainstorming I came up with
Vertical polarization = Theta polarization
Horizontal polarization = Phi Polarization (Correct me if I'm wrong)
In my design my antenna is facing in X direction like in the picture
I am using HFSS. For getting the vertical and horizontal polarization I am defining my infinite sphere as Phi= 0 to 360 and Theta= 90. And From the radiation pattern quantity I am selecting phi and theta to get horizontal and vertical polarization. Let me know if I am doing it right. If not suggest me how to do it.
Thanks,
Tahmid
