I cannot install USBXpress

I download the USBXpress from https://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/...USBXpress.aspx but I have a problem with installation this programe. Anyone help me?

My OS is win 7 64bit. When I setup this program but my computer cannot detect the USBXpress driver. Please help me?
