can any one provide the various application of microstrip patch antennas and their allocated frequency bands according to FCC

I do not understand your question. Antennas are used to transmit and receive. What other "various" applications you need?

Generally, FCC doesn't refer to specific antennas. Most (all?) FCC specification are based on field strength, it's your job to consider the effects of antenna gain when targeting to FCC compliance.
