Port1 vs SOURCE OUT output power

Hi all,
Just a minor detail regarding VNAs,
If output power at port1 is set at 0dBm, does this mean that the power at the Source OUT (Port1) is a bit more?
In other words, 0dBm + coupler arm loss + bias-tee loss (if present) + small cable-link loss.
If that holds true, this means that the actual source power in the VNA (after the switch) is not 0dBm.
Thanks a lot
