network analyzer sweep time
I'm implementing a transceiver architecture with a single antenna. Port 1 of network analyzer (NA) connects to transmitter and port 2 to receiver. An RF switch is connected to activate either transmitter or receiver. Two cases of frequency span either 10 MHz or 70 MHz is used. Switching time between transmitter and receiver is in microseconds. When NA sweep time is in milli second, I may not get valid result from NA?.
How can I overcome this problem?.
Transceiver with T/R switch is a clear topology, but how's the network analyzer related to the design? What are you trying to achieve?
What is clear topology?. Port 1 of NA is connected to transmitter and generates the signal between frequency span and port 2 of NA is connected to the output of Low noise amplifier. The output of transmitter and input of receiver is connected to RF switch.
I'm trying to get S21 parameter.
S21 of which element?
The output of RF switch is connected to antenna which transmit and receive signal. Therefore, I need the ratio of received to transmitted signal.

Impossible to measure with VNA.
Are you sure you need NA? If you want to measure TX to RX isolation, just use Signal Generator and Spectrum Analyzer.
Can you please explain in detail?.
maybe you want to test the isolation, just set the switch to transmit and connect switch output to NA's port 2,
read the S21 of NA,
NA is appropriate to measure the isolation over a freqeuency band, it is OK. However, you are trying to measure it while the switching is in action! As suggested above, measure the isolation in a static manner first. Set the switch postion as RF1 or RF2 and keep it in that state, measure the isolation. In an RF switch, the two states(RF1 or RF2)give similar isolation results. Those values are primary results to assess the isolation.
