Is this thermal material Graphene?

Hi, All,
I found in a station, there is a material between PA shell and outer metal mechanical shell.
I guess it's graphene for thermal performance, could you confirm it?

The material has black outside, but inside is silver color.

It should be made in Germany.
And I guess it should be some silver slice, to make the thermal contact fully.
Could someone comment?

Black is possibly oildag or aquadag; the white material can be Al. A simple chemical test can tell.
