design simplified-fed yagi

Dose anyone know this kind of structure?
i have no idea how it design the parallel strip between microstripline(50ohm) and dipole
in the papar, it mention the characteristic of parallel strip is 80ohm
i have no idea why it is 80ohm , btw, Er=10.2 ,H=0.64mm, f=10ghz
and beside this is not a micro strip at all , so how do i design its width and length.?

There are different feeding techniques for Microstrip Yagi antenna and this is one technique. You can also use CPW structure to feed antenna as shown in below design.
