Detector for 200GHZ need help in matching the antenna to diode

I design antenna for 200 ghz and match to feed ' 500 ohm.

i need to match the antenna to diode schottky,

some one can help me how to do this
the antenna is bowtie microstrip with 2 strip, (-) , (+)
