Hi,
An SSB amplifier is capable of taking in 1W and output 100W at 50R.
What if I drive this amplifier with a DSB-SC instead of an SSB-SC signal?
Will it be able to still provide 100W DSB-SC or 50W DSB-SC or neither?

DSB power rating should be the same, it is only the spectrum of the signal that is wider.
If the carrier ISN'T supressed, the amp will need derating as the duty cycle will be much higher.

Since DSB is double the spectrum than a SSB at any particular time moment, wouldn't the amplifier pushed harder to amplify both USB and LSB at that moment?
