Shunt Mounted Diode Rectenna ADS

I am investigating some rectenna topologies to my final course assignment, and now i have a problem with this topologie (Shunt Diode), the problem is: I dont have any rectification, Vin is equal to Vout... What i am doing wrong?

You forgot the inductor between diode and capacitor.

Ok, but how can i calculated the value of this inductor?

Make it large impedance at your RF operating frequency, so that it blocks RF and only passes the DC.

Hi, i've made your suggestion, but i think something is still wrong, because i read in some papers that the efficiency of these topology is better than the series configuration.

The efficiency of this configuration is something about 32%

And of this one is around 17.5 %
