Hi guys,
I'm using the BFU730F to design a LNA, i downloaded the design kit but i see there's two types of the transistor, a spice schematic and a mex one. i tried both on ADS but they give me different results.
I was wondering if anyone knows what's the difference between both models and why i dont get the same results?
Thank you in advance.

Mextram models should provide better simulation models especially for vertical bipolar transistors.
Even they are more than 30 years younger than Spice Gummel–Poon models, I am still stuck using old Spice models.
- HSPICE as simulator in advance design system (ADS) for pole/zero analysis
- How to do a power sweep (in W or dBm) for HSPICE?
- Hspicerf trannoise setup for PLL simulation
- I am trying to import a spice file netlist from Murata into ADS; not working.
- Which discrete component modelling to use? (S-parameter or Spice)
- How can i get spice model for SRD diode
