i am trying to design a 2 x subharmonic upconvertor mixer.
LO=-15dbm @ 32.5 ghz
RF= -30dbm @ 25 ghz
IF = 40 Ghz
i am not getting any gain...? why ?
also i have the problem of RF feed through.. i understand it would feed through due to single balanced nature of the toplogy , but its higher power than the required IF.
lower stage is LO and upper is RF/mixer...
all the ports are properly matched

How did you arrive at the optimum DC bias for frequency doubling of 32.5GHz? That looks like too high Vdc.
do you mean V_be or V_ce ? My device has a diode voltage of 900mV.. and VCE breakdown of 1.5
Just wanted to add.. after reading some literature i came to know.. i need to bias the lower half in Class B operation.
can you please tell me what should be the base potential and the collector potential for that. ? assuming the same current.
