How to avoid rejection in s21 of planar uwb filter

Recently I am dealing with designing of an ultra wide band filter using CST. An interdigital coupler and a stepped impedance resonator is used to realize the structure. But it always shows a rejection at 9.2GHz in S21 plot when the structure is tuned to 3.1 and 10.6 GHz. can anyone explain me why it is so and how to avoid this.
