Adjacent channel rejection in EN 300 113

Does anyone in this forum has experience with the EU standard EN 300 113?

In the latest version of the standard levels of unwanted signals have been changed from a ratio to a specific level in (dBm).

My modulation is 4QAM and I cannot comply with the adjacent channel rejection.
