High frequency circuit design

Hi,

I have designed a microwave filter and also an microwave amplifier. But as my friends told me, combining all of them in a circuit may disable the circuit operation based on PCB design(Ground plane, SIW, ...) . May you introduce me a good microwave PCB design book or any other references to deepen my understanding and designing?
