Hi All!
The problem:
I'm trying to simulate with pdetool two electric surfaces, one has a fixed potential of zero, while the other is excited by a ideal alternating voltage source at 16Mhz. The dielectric around has no conductivity. So all looks well and the simulation result too.
Now I add a rectangoular zone with very high conductivity (a metal) between the surfaces. The simulation looks very strange since the new metal looks to be tied to null potential!
Any advice? (i attach the .m file)
thank yuo very much!

okay, I think equations I used was wrong.
