high Q for low inductance

I'm designing 0201 size inductance.
0201 available area is 600umx300um.
Meanwhile the spiral available area is just 270umx270um
So how can I design for Low inductance/High Q ?
for example:
Q factor to be 50 at 800MHz for 0.6nH,0.8nH,1nH inductances
