help needed to solve impedence dismatching

How to solve the problem of impedence dismatching when the board is prototyped and you can not redesign the PCB layout. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Can you give more details. It may be possible to use shunt LC networks and if you can cut traces you can put LC networks in series.
