HFSS internal mesh too large

Hi, folks:
I am simulating a diff pair by HFSS.
The geometric is quite small.
Trace width=3um.
Trace seperation=7um
Trace distance from ground plane=20um
I ploted the field plot on port, it looks quite ok. However, the field plot on internal cross-section face (somewhere middle between two ports) is quite coarse. Since I have already make accuracy setting very high. How can I make sure that the results are right?
Is it right to have internal field so carse? How to refine it?
thanks,

Hi
We did a work about mesh ops and refining. See pdf. It's written in german though but it has lots of pics. Just ask if necessary.

Interesting issue.
I am curious that why HFSS converge with so coarse mesh?
