Interconnect modeling

Hi all,

I am doing my project on interconnect electrical modeling.

Can any one suggest me some books and circuit model for interconnect modeling.

Interconnets are not easy to be accurate using circuit models. You should try EM simulators for them if you really want to have accurate modeling. Regards.
