Hi
I have a Gaussian pulse exitation in my antenna design. How kan we calculate the power to the antenna from this pulse. The only thing that is specified is the frequency range in my case 0.37-0.5 GHz.
Thank you

the power is equal to the integration of the time signal squared over the whole time.
for gaussian pulse f(t) = exp(-((t-t0)/T)^2)
so you need to define t0 and T using the data given to you. for example adjust the t0 and T such that the resulting spectrum is contained mainly in the frequency range 0.37-0.5GHz
