I want to draw a sinusoidal structure on HFSS

Hello... I am a new member on this forum.
I have some questions.

1) I want to draw a sinusoidal structure on HFSS. But ı dont know that it is done on HFSS? please tell me

2) ı want to draw a Circular waweguide structure. But i want to draw thickness of wave guide and i want to be vacant the centre of Circular waweguide structure?
please tell me

3) can i define a mathematical equation of sinusoidal structure at HFSS?

If you have HFSSv10 then you can enter a equation for the shape you want to draw.

i have the HFSSv9.0.

and i want to draw a sinusoidal patch for microstript antenna on hfss.

how can i draw thickness, lenght, stature of the sinusoidal structure?

how can i determine these quantites?
