ANSOFT: PLOTTING S12 v/s (d1/lambda0) of a patch ante. array

my project needs a plot of S12 v/s d1: d1= d/λ where d is the feed to feed spacing between 2 patches. is there a direct way to do so in Designer?
need this urgently.
