measuring small resistances

Hi all,

What is the best and most accurate method for measuring small resistances below 1 Ohm. I have some structures that are predicited to be about 0.2 Ohms. What is the best equipment to use for such small measurements?

Network Analyser?

If you are happy with mΩ accuracy build yourself an adapter (it is basically 0.1A constant current source) and using standard multimeter you will be able to measure resistances in mΩ range ..
