2nd Order ABCs of MUR in 3D

MY friends do you know in Kunz book there is a program at the end in that program the computer code of 3D simulatoin program gvien with the application of Mur's 2nd order ABCs . Is that surely absorbing all the scattered wave and make it zero at the end do you konow about this, I tried those codes in matlab and C just the e, h fiels, and the ABC codes and it did not abosrb exactly if you know could you please hel me thank with my best regards !..
