finite conductivity_ Impedance Boundary condition and MOM

hello....

Concerning MoM for scattering over 2D canonical structures, i want to evaluate the EFIE and consequently the Matrix equations for an imperfectly conducting scatterer . Has anyone any good paper about this or can someone tell me how the EFIE changes at this case?
